What is the shelf life of your products?

Our shortbreads, graham crackers, and curried cashew brittle have a two month shelf life. Granola has a 1 month shelf life. Also, the shortbreads, grahams and granola freeze very well!

Where can I see the status of my order?

You can view your order status at this page by entering the order number that was included in your order confirmation e-mail.

Where can I buy your products?

Some things you can buy right here on our website (we’re working hard to bring you more options!), but you can find many more Pollystyle products at various retailers around Washington, DC – you’ll find a list of those right here.

What about my nut allergy?

All Pollystyle products are produced in an environment where nuts are present. We use nuts in our granola, curried cashew brittle, peanut butter cookies and pecan shortbreads. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% nut free.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns because our products are perishable.

Do you have any gift options?

If you’d like to send Pollystyle products as a gift, simply designate the gift recipient’s address as the shipping address for your order. Feel free to include in the special instructions box (it’s on the shipping page during checkout) any requests for a gift message you might have. We can do a handwritten card no problem; if you want anything else included, or wish to order multiple gifts at once, it might be best to shoot us an email or give us a call (202-258-7052).
